All adoptive families wishing to adopt are required to obtain a home study in their state of residence.

American International Adoption Agency, Inc. is able to perform a home study for you in the State of Ohio. You will be required to provide various documents in accordance with all legal requirements of the State of Ohio. A home study is valid for 6 years in the State of Ohio, if updated every 2 years.

There is no discrimination concerning age of the adoptive persons, number of present children, number of divorces, or length of marriage.

Fees:

American International Adoption Agency, Inc. completes all home studies in compliance with State of Ohio and Ohio Department of Job and Family Service laws and requirements. Home studies are completed in complience with training and service requirements of the Hague.

Home Study Fee - $1,800.00

Post Adoption Fee - $1,000.00 per child

Home Study Update Fee - $1,000.00
